Recommended gear: Backpack, clothing, hiking boots and poles or tennis shoes, T-shirt, sweater and Polartec® (or similar), waterproof jacket, thick jacket, bathing suit, sun hat, sunscreen and mosquito repellent, sunglasses, reusable water bottle and change of clothes in case of rain.
