Recommended gear: 50 liter backpack, trekking clothes and boots, trekking poles, 2-3 light t-shirts, Polartec® sweater (or similar), waterproof jacket, down or synthetic jacket, underwear, 2-3 pairs of socks, sandals (optional), Buff® arm sleeves (or similar), headlamp, sun hat, sunscreen and mosquito repellent, sunglasses, 2 reusable water bottles, sleeping bag -10 degrees and sleeping pad.
